# Payout Service: Send Funds to Recipients

> Send funds to recipients in Australia and across APAC using PayID, BSB/Account, or local bank transfers, with single, batch, and scheduled options.

Hello Clever’s Payout Service gives you a flexible, efficient way to distribute funds to recipients both within Australia and across the APAC region. This page covers the supported payout methods, how your Payments Account balance funds payouts, scheduling and batch options, and multi-currency management.

<Note>
  PayID and BSB/Account payouts are especially valuable when you need speed and flexibility. For high-volume distributions, batch payouts simplify the management of many simultaneous transfers.

### Funds source for Australian payouts

Your payouts draw from your **[Payments Account](/platform-overview/clever-concepts/payments-accounts) balance** with Hello Clever. You can build and maintain this balance through two sources:

* **Payins**: funds collected from your customers’ transactions.
* **Top-ups**: additional deposits you make to ensure your balance can cover outgoing payouts.

## Payout options in APAC

Hello Clever facilitates payouts to local bank accounts in each supported APAC country. Transfers align with local banking standards and timelines, so recipients receive funds through familiar, compliant channels.

<Tip>
  Hello Clever’s APAC support adapts to each country’s unique banking system, so you can run international payout processes from a single platform without managing separate regional integrations.

### Funds source for APAC payouts

Like Australian payouts, APAC distributions draw from your Payments Account balance, which you maintain through payins and top-ups within the Hello Clever platform.
